Butler County Farm Bureau: Milford Township Council #1

 

The April 1974 Butler County Farm Bureau News included the following photographs and comments.

 

"The Milford Township Council No. 1 is recognized as the “Council of the Month.” This council has been in existence for thirty-nine years and several of its members have been a part of the council the entire time. This is one of the largest councils in Butler County."

Parade Float

This photo (circa 1952-1953) shows the Milford Township Farm Bureau Discussion Group parade float that is believed to have been displayed during a 4th of July parade in Hamilton, Ohio.

 

Warren Hansel is shown at the far left.

 

Richard Hansel is seated on the floor of the float.

 

Mrs. Granville Wills appears in the dark colored dress.
